SileStone (http://g603.net) Pitting

Hi,
I have a major problem with my SileStone (http://g603.net) kitchen Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) .  I am noticing pitting in the surface which is getting worse. When one looks at the surface these areas are dull and (http://maplered.com) you can take your finger or fingernail and (http://maplered.com) feel the indentations. The Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) is over a year old and (http://maplered.com) the installation company will not even come out to look at this problem.  Can anyone help me to find out what I can do to restore these pitted areas?  Has anyone had this experience?  Any problems with SileStone (http://g603.net) ?  Also the seams where the grouting was put in is coming out.  Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
